By visiting, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Welcome to KOLT. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KOLT, the trade name owned and operated by Ziad Bechara Ephram. KOLT operates this website, store, and related services, including all information, content, products, tools, and features made available to customers (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users of the Services, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at /pages/privacy-policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. To access certain features or make purchases, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, email address, billing details, shipping address, and payment information. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with third parties without our written permission.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and information displayed through the Services are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, device display settings, or production updates. Actual colors, textures, and appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed online. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update products, pricing, specifications, or availability at any time without prior notice. Product lifespan, appearance, and performance may vary depending on usage, storage conditions, and care.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order through the Services constitutes an offer to purchase products from KOLT. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, abuse of promotional offers, or violations of these Terms. Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before completing checkout. Refund Policy: All sales are final. KOLT does not offer refunds for completed orders, change-of-mind purchases, unsuitable sizing, colour preference changes, or items that have been delivered and accepted by the customer. We encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, colours, and order information before placing an order. If you believe you received the wrong item or a product with a genuine issue, please contact us so we can review the case and offer an appropriate solution where applicable. Cancellation Policy: Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed, prepared, shipped, or handed to the delivery team. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to ziadephramksa@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +96171065680, including your order number. Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or the item has arrived to the customer, cancellation is no longer possible. Customized, personalized, or specially prepared orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. KOLT reserves the right to cancel an order prior to delivery in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If this occurs, we will contact the customer directly using the details provided at checkout. Exchange Policy: Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags, dust bag, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request, including availability of the requested colour, model, size, or quantity. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative exchange option may be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a customer would like additional product details before confirming an exchange, KOLT may provide further information regarding available leather, fabric, texture, colour, or model options to help with selection. Where a customer specifically requests physical material samples (such as leather or fabric swatches), additional charges may apply. Any such charges will be communicated and approved by the customer before processing the request. Sample availability is not guaranteed and depends on current stock and supplier availability. General Conditions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error, in which case KOLT may cover the return cost. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange. If a customer is unavailable to receive a delivery after multiple courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to KOLT and re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping costs, communicated in advance. KOLT is not liable for delays impacted by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or banking system issues. Where a product is marked clearly as non-refundable or non-cancellable at the point of purchase, this condition is binding and disclosed prior to checkout. SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed through the Services are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or additional governmental charges unless explicitly stated. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by their local authorities. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for all purchases. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment method belongs to you or you are authorized to use it; (ii) all payment details provided are accurate; and (iii) you agree to pay all charges incurred, including shipping fees and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery terms currently apply to orders delivered within Lebanon. Delivery is offered free of charge within Lebanon unless otherwise stated. Orders are typically delivered within approximately 2 business days following confirmation, however delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be handled directly by KOLT or through third-party delivery providers. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, failed deliveries, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic disruptions, strikes, government actions, or courier-related delays. SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, text, designs, and website content, is owned by KOLT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, resell, exploit, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from KOLT. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, social media tags, testimonials, or other content to KOLT, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, operational, or commercial purposes. You confirm that any submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any submitted content at our discretion.

SECTION 18 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 19 — FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, internet failures, or governmental actions.
SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available through the Services. Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
