DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery within Lebanon is FREE of charge — there is no delivery fee. No hidden delivery fees apply.
2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered within 2 business days from order confirmation within Lebanon. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, delivery availability, weekends, public holidays, or external factors beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING METHOD
Local deliveries within Lebanon are handled by KOLT or our trusted local delivery providers. Tracking or delivery confirmation information will be provided where available.
4. DELIVERY ISSUES
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs, or additional charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where the failure is due to our error. Customers should inspect the package on delivery; if the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please refuse delivery or note the issue on the courier’s receipt and contact us within 24 hours at ziadephramksa@gmail.com or +96171065680.
5. PROOF OF DELIVERY & ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are delivered against signature or electronic confirmation. Customers must keep their signed delivery confirmation or courier tracking record as proof of receipt. After your order is placed, you will receive an order-confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message; a second notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.
